Hello and welcome to Tech 60, the place to be for Kaseya admins.

Upstream is dedicated to give our customers the tools, education and news to successfully manage IT environments with Kaseya. As a valued Upstream customer you are free to join the Tech60 webinar every Wednesday even weeks at 14:00 Swedish time.

This session cover 7 important KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for IT service delivery. Weekly KPI updates for the whole team to see is a great tool to measure the quality and continious improvements in the IT service delivery.
