Quick Tip: Let the customer decide

The normal IT delivery in Kaseya is strongly focusing on invisibility. The services deliverd by Kaseya should not interfear, annoy or get in the users way. Windows in particular has enough pop-up questions as it is. Sometimes, however, you actually need to "get hold" of the user. By using interactive dialog boxes you can ask the user qestions before running any Agent Procedure. This is great when upgrading software, doing tasks that will affect the production and maybe reboot the machine all togehter.
